Digital products: Offer a 14‑day satisfaction guarantee. If a customer is unhappy, they can request a refund within 14 days of purchase (subject to honest use policy).

Physical products: Accept returns within 30 days of receipt provided the item is unused. Refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item; customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
