How your information is handled. What you send is used to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing without your agreement. Other organisations do handle it, though: our website hosting, security and email providers process the message in order to deliver and store it, and professional advisers or regulators may see it where the law requires. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless we go on to work together. Our Privacy Notice sets out the detail.

It does not provide regulated financial advice, and I cannot recommend a specific pension, investment or product, however sensible the question. Where that is what is needed, you appoint an authorised professional and I help you make sense of their work.
