Who we are
Sustain Momentum Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16090278, with our registered office at 27 Westcoombe Avenue, London SW20 0RQ. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@sustain-momentum.com.
What we collect
We collect very little, and only what we need.
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the message itself, and a record that you agreed to us using those details to reply.
- Technical information. Like every website, this one is delivered by servers that record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and there are no marketing pixels on it.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and which you can withdraw at any time.
- To run and protect the website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working, available and secure.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations. Where the law requires us to keep or produce records, our lawful basis is legal obligation.
We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to any marketing list without asking you first.
Who else handles it
We are a small business and we rely on established suppliers to run the website and our email. They process your information on our instructions, only for the purposes above.
- Website hosting and security, which stores the site and its database, including form submissions.
- Email services, which carry and store the messages we send and receive.
- Website software such as the form and performance plugins used to build the site.
- Web fonts. Some typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address. No cookie is set for this purpose.
- Professional advisers and regulators, where the law requires us to disclose information.
Some of these suppliers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where information is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to us working together are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. If we do go on to work together, the information becomes part of your client record and is kept for as long as we need it for that relationship and for any period the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email info@sustain-momentum.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so that we can put it right.
