That line has shaped how I have worked for more than fifty years, and it is the reason Sustain Momentum exists in the form it does.
I have spent 53 years in financial services and financial planning. I founded Zen Wealth LLP and led it until its sale, which completed in January 2025.
What I learned is that the hard part is rarely the technical answer. It is whether someone understands their own situation well enough to decide with confidence, whether the professionals around them are pulling in the same direction, and whether that understanding survives when the person who held it moves on.
Those are the problems Sustain Momentum is built around.
